Heart of "listening to clients"
Our firm has been made an effort based on heart of "listening to
clients" toward the patent law firm which can meet needs of our clients
since we founded in 1986.
One of the needs is the acquisition of the patent rights which can be
enforced. In order to realize this need, we woud like to discuss with inventors
enough to grasp essences of inventions, and aim in particular for obtaining
patent rights of concept claims to cover direct and indirect implementations
of the inventions and claims to cover bestmodes which are not invalidated
in invalidation trials in the Japan Paten Office and invalidation hearings
in infringement suits.
For this purpose, we would like to emphasize the importance of interviews
with examiners and appeal examiners in the Japan Patent Office and technical
explanations for judges in the Intellectual Property High Court to effectively
protect valuable inventions of our clients.
